Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • Power Access

    Must have access to outlets within 25 feet of your display.  We offer a portable powerstation when outlets are not available, or cord management is an issue, for an additional $50 rental fee.

  • Delivery

    Delivery fee is determined by mileage. We will come to your venue and set up an hour prior to your event start time and pick up at a mutually agreed upon time.

  • Cancellations

    Cancellations up to 60 days of an event will receive 100% of your deposit. Cancellation up to 30 days of an event will receive 50% of your deposit.

  • Weather

    While our letters are water resistant, they are not intended to be exposed to moisture for an extended period of time.

  • Customer Service
